First Steps: Join Young Living
by Jodi McKenna
It is hard to order something when you don’t know what you are REALLY getting, right? I think that is the appeal of Costco. I can put my kids in a shopping cart that allows two children to sit in front and two to hang off the sides — all while strolling through the warehouse sampling all the food I most likely won’t will purchase. (What a fabulously long sentence.)

I could not figure out how to try for the give-a-way through Amy Bayliss’ blog so thought I would do it here:)
33 years ago while attending a very small Christian College in McPherson, KS — I met my husband.
However, the story begins with me snatching a perfume from my sister that she did not like, Ciara. I really liked it and she didn’t mind me “helping myself”.
Spring forward two years — I have flown cross country from California to Kansas. It is the first week of my freshman year and I am standing in line at the dining hall for supper. Ciara was/is the only perfume that I wore/wear. While standing there visiting with my classmates a young man begins walking towards me sniffing his way down the line of students and asking, “Who is wearing Ciara?”, while sort of nuzzling a few necks along the line — until he reached ME! Ciara was his favorite perfume. So of course, he nuzzled my neck just a bit more. It was adorable:) At the time he had a girlfriend a few hours away and I had a boyfriend 2000 miles away and we became “safe” friends! over the first few months our paths crossed a lot. We were on the same “puppet share team” and were both ministerial students, he pastoral and me Christian Services. In January we both “found” ourselves single and seeking the Lord when he nudged us together! We have now been married 31 years and Ciara is still our favorite scent. We even considered naming one of our children Ciara (we didn’t but that is a different story:))
Are you still offering the free books if you sign up for the premium kit. Also, I see there is a new option for the aqua diffuser for $10 more, do you have an opinion on which is better? Thanks
Yes!!! I really like the Aqua Diffuser for $10 . . . it is really pretty too. Good output. Two settings. And it isn’t overly bright in a dark room. We also have a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and work in teams to help people learn more and grow. Let me know what other questions you have!
Jaclyn, yes when you sign up for the premium kit Jodi will give you a Reference Guide for Essential Oils. You are correct that there are two diffuser choices — the Home diffuser and the Aroma diffuser. The Aroma diffuser includes an LED light; and timer settings for 1 or 4 hours of continuous diffusion. The diffused molecules cover up to 30 square meters.
I personally have only used the Home diffuser and love it. I think the perk with the Aroma is that it has a timer setting.
